Offering a variety of activities including weekly bird walks and hikes, nature walks, nature science classes for children, the Annual March Hawk Watch, Dark Sky outings, expert lectures, and other educational events, TNC is committed to fostering a deeper understanding of the natural world. With an all-volunteer staff managing the center and assisting in various activities, TNC ensures visitors can learn about nature and appreciate the Santa Cruz River ecosystem. Tubac Nature Center is incorporated under Arizona law and holds 501(c)(3) charitable organization status under Federal tax law.
