The Rotary Club of Tubac The Rotary Club of Tubac meets weekly, each Friday at 7:30am in Stables Ranch Grille at the Tubac Golf Resort and Spa. Border Community Alliance The Border Community Alliance (BCA) is a ten-year-old non-profit organization based in Tubac, AZ. Their mission is to bridge the border and create community through education, cultural exchange, and social investment.
