Friends of the Santa Cruz River (FOSCR) works to preserve the river’s flow, water quality, and rich riparian ecosystem. Guided by science-based research on hydrology, biology, and ecology, FOSCR highlights the river’s importance to both people and wildlife. Our work centers on three areas: monitoring the river’s health, educating the community, and advocating for sound environmental policies.
