About the Event
First Time Guide to the Annual Tubac Festival of the Arts
Tubac Festival of the Arts has been bringing color to the desert since 1959, and every February, the whole village transforms into an open-air gallery. More than 250 booths fill Tubac’s streets with paintings, sculpture, jewelry, photography, and one-of-a-kind finds, while local shops, galleries, and restaurants add their own flair to the mix.
Expect to spend the day wandering the streets, which are closed to cars, so wear comfy shoes and take your time browsing booths, tasting festival food, and enjoying live music. Shuttle service and parking areas make it easy to get in and out, but once you’re here, the pace is relaxed. Think sunshine, art at every turn, and plenty of chances to stop, sip, and soak it all in.
Parking
Parking is available only in designated parking lots around the village. Parking is $10 per car and $20 per larger vehicles, with all proceeds benefiting local charities. Golf Cart parking is available for $5 a golf cart at the Tubac Presidio and behind Plaza de Anza. Overnight RV parking is not allowed in any of the lots.
